Terms of use (pilot)

CAITO360 is a workspace for a single business. You upload business documents; the platform reads them, and you can then ask questions about them in plain English and get answers that cite the documents they came from. It also keeps a shared "Insights" board that is written automatically from the documents shared with everyone in the workspace.

Answers, image descriptions, document summaries and insights are generated by a large language model. They are produced from your documents, and every answer shows the sources it used — but generated text can be incomplete or wrong, so treat the cited document, not the answer, as the record. CAITO360 is not a substitute for professional advice.

• One workspace belongs to one business. The person who registers it is the owner; they invite everyone else and can transfer ownership to another member.
• You must verify your email address before you can sign in, and during the pilot a new workspace is activated by the CAITO360 team after review rather than instantly.
• Every member has a role (owner, admin, manager, member or viewer) that decides what they can do, and optionally a department. Roles and departments are set by the owner and admins.
• Keep your password to yourself and do not share an account — the platform attributes uploads, questions and usage to the signed-in user.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for choosing who in your workspace can see it. Do not upload material you are not permitted to put into a third-party system, and do not use CAITO360 to do anything unlawful or to try to reach another workspace's data.

Each document is uploaded with one of three visibility levels, and that choice is enforced everywhere in the product — in search, in chat and in insights:

• Everyone at your company — the whole workspace can see it, and it is the only level the shared Insights board reads.
• My department — only members of your department (plus owners and admins) can see it.
• Only me — only you can see it. Private documents are never read by the Insights board and are not visible to owners or admins.

If you uploaded a document you can change its visibility later from its row on the Documents page.

These are the pilot limits the software actually applies, and they are read from the same constants the upload API checks against:

• File types: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, MD, MARKDOWN, LOG.
• Up to 10 files per upload.
• Up to 15 MB per file.
• Up to 200 MB of stored documents per workspace.

Requests to the platform are rate-limited to keep one workspace from starving another. Limits may change during the pilot; the Help page inside the app always shows the current ones.

Deleting a document moves it to Trash, where you can restore it. After 30 days a scheduled job permanently deletes it: the stored file and any extracted images are removed from object storage and the database rows go with them. After that point it cannot be restored.

To close a workspace entirely, ask the CAITO360 team — the pilot has no self-service workspace deletion.

Payment and subscription terms, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnities, dispute resolution and governing law are not addressed here. They are not things that can be established from how the software behaves, and this document does not attempt to state them. They will be covered by CAITO360's published terms.
